Meet Hind

I grew up moving between two very different parts of Morocco: Casablanca, a big, fast-moving city on the coast, and Kelaat M’Gouna, a small town near the Dades Gorge where the pace of life and the landscape could not be more different. Growing up between the two gave me an early sense of how much this country holds, and how little of it most visitors ever get to see.

I speak Arabic, Amazigh, French and English, and I have spent years using all four to help travelers actually understand the places they are visiting, not just pass through them.

Before starting Tajine Travel, I spent seven years working in tourism with another agency here in Morocco. I learned a lot in that time, but I also noticed the same problem again and again: most “custom” trips were not custom at all. They were fixed group itineraries with a few options added on, sold as personalized when they were really just templates.

I started Tajine Travel because I wanted to build the opposite of that. Every trip I plan starts from a blank page and a conversation about what you actually want to see and do, not a set list I am trying to fill. I am Moroccan, I have traveled a lot within my own country and beyond it, and I still get genuinely excited putting together a route that fits one specific traveler rather than a general audience.

If you are planning a trip to Morocco, I would like to hear what you have in mind.
